Après avoir annoncé leur intention de sévir contre la vaste industrie de production d’opium en Afghanistan, les talibans portent à présent leur attention sur les nombreux toxicomanes appauvris du pays.

La semaine dernière, armés de fouets et de fusils, les talibans sont descendus dans l’une des zones de consommation de drogue les plus connues de Kaboul, sous un pont du quartier de Guzargah, et ont rassemblé 150 personnes, dont beaucoup sont sans abri et dépendantes de l’héroïne et de la méthamphétamine produites localement.  

Des journalistes de l’Associated Press ont immortalisé l’action à travers une série de photographies et d’interviews étonnantes. « Ce sont nos compatriotes, notre famille, et il y a de bonnes personnes en eux, a déclaré un combattant taliban. Si Dieu le veut, les employés de l’hôpital seront bons avec eux et les soigneront. »

Ce ne sont pas moins de 103 kilos de résine de cannabis et près de 445 kilos de pollen de cannabis qui ont été saisis par les douaniers dijonnais sur l’A6.

La drogue était dissimulée dans un chargement de plaques de plâtre en provenance d’Espagne et transporté par un camion immatriculé en Roumanie.

Les douaniers dijonnais soulèvent alors des plaques de plâtres et découvrent une cachette formée par des plaques découpées, remplie de ballots. L’ouverture de ces derniers révèle la présence de résine de cannabis.

Le déchargement et la fouille complète de la remorque permettent alors de découvrir, répartis sur trois palettes, 16 ballots camouflés dans un système de cercueil entre les plaques de plâtre, pour un total de 103,12 kg de résine de cannabis sous forme d’ovules et 444,64 kg de pollen de cannabis sous forme de savonnettes.

Les gendarmes et le Groupe interministériel de recherches ont frappé la tête d’un réseau qui fournissait en résine de cannabis et cocaïne l’ouest de la France.

​Un coup de filet des gendarmes de Loire-Atlantique s’est refermé sur 17 suspects mardi 31 mai. Les enquêteurs ont mis la main sur près de 800 kg de résine de cannabis et 140 kg de cocaïne.

Près d’une tonne de drogue découverte dans des véhicules mardi 31 mai, dans le secteur de Nantes, quinze interpellations, un million d’avoirs criminels saisis.

ESPAGNE 🇪🇸 (Andalousie) : multiplication des opérations anti-haschich

Face à la pression de plus en plus forte de la police, les trafiquants de drogue recherchent de nouvelles voies pour introduire le haschich du Maroc en Andalousie.

Les opérations anti-drogue se multiplient sur la côte andalouse, ce qui pousse les trafiquants de haschich marocain à chercher une nouvelle porte d’entrée en Europe. « La pression en Andalousie les pousse à chercher de nouvelles routes », expliquent des sources de l’Organe de coordination contre le trafic de drogue en Andalousie (OCON-SUR) à La Voz Digital.

Plusieurs bateaux transportant de la drogue ont été interceptés ces derniers mois par la « Guardia civil » le long de la côte de Levante, de Murcie à Tarragone, soit à plus de 1 000 kilomètres de La Línea de la Concepción à Cadix, où sont installés les principaux réseaux de trafic de haschich marocain.

Depuis mars, une opération anti-drogue est menée par mois sur la Costa Dorada, selon les autorités.

En Andalousie où les autorités mènent une lutte sans merci contre le trafic de drogues, ces opérations sont hebdomadaires.
