La fourgonnette louvoie sur la route départementale 911, traversant l’Aveyron du sud vers le nord. Le modèle du véhicule est le plus banal qui soit. Son itinéraire évite soigneusement les grands axes routiers. Son chargement est composé de quelques cartons et sacs-poubelle. Le voyage se déroulait sans anicroche, ce 19 janvier, jusqu’à ce qu’une patrouille en uniforme fasse signe au conducteur de se ranger sur le bas-côté.

Chargé en Espagne, à destination des Pays-Bas, le contenu monochrome des cartons ne laisse guère place au doute. Ces fins cristaux blancs, affichant 613 kg sur la balance, alimentent un réseau de trafic de drogue… Mais il ne s’agit pourtant pas de cocaïne. Les premiers tests chimiques indiquent une réaction au PCP (phéncyclidine, un psychotrope hallucinogène), à la kétamine et aux « sels de bain ».

ISRAËL 🇮🇱 (Bnei Brak) : démantèlement d’un réseau qui pouvait envoyer 5 à 6 millions de SMS par jour

La police a arrêté un homme soupçonné d’être à l’origine de l’envoi des millions de SMS qui ont inondé les téléphones des Israéliens ces derniers mois, proposant des drogues à la vente.

Dans un reportage de la Douzième chaîne diffusé vendredi, la police a déclaré que l’opération était basée dans un entrepôt de Bnei Brak, dans la banlieue de Tel Aviv, où des machines contenant des centaines de cartes SIM étaient programmées pour envoyer cinq à six millions de SMS par jour.

Le suspect a été désigné par la police comme étant Kobi Magenzi, un homme âgé de 30 ans sans casier judiciaire et qui, jusqu’à il y a quelques mois, était officier dans une unité d’élite de l’armée israélienne.

ÉQUATEUR 🇪🇨 : plus de 180 kilos de cocaïne saisis lors de deux inspections de routine

La première inspection a eu lieu à Pastaza sur une voiture qui traversait la frontière, et la deuxième saisie de cocaïne a eu lieu à Guayaquil dans un conteneur destiné à Rotterdam.

Une première cargaison de 131 kilos de drogue a été découverte lors d’une opération de routine sur les routes, lorsqu’une camionnette a été interceptée passant par Pastaza, à la frontière avec le Pérou. Comme indiqué par la police, la cocaïne était camouflée à l’intérieur du véhicule, emballée dans 114 paquets rectangulaires avec le distinctif «TRX» qui sert à identifier le gang auquel appartient la drogue.

Lors d’une deuxième opération de routine, menée cette fois dans le port de Guayaquil, 50 kilos de cocaïne ont été découverts cachés dans le toit d’un conteneur. La boite, qui transportait une cargaison de crevettes, était destinée à Rotterdam, aux Pays-Bas.

ROYAUME UNI 🇬🇧 (NCA) : une série de raids a été lancée dans le sud-est de l’Angleterre le mardi 19 juillet suite à l’interception à Heathrow de 125 kilos de cocaïne à destination de Sydney, en Australie, le 11 juillet.

La cargaison a été trouvée dans une cache spécialement aménagée dans un générateur diesel. L’opération a permis l’arrestation d’un homme de 29 ans à Wickford, Essex, d’un homme de 43 ans arrêté à Much Hadham, Hertfordshire et d’un homme de 42 ans arrêté à Romford, Essex.

Tous sont soupçonnés de complot en vue d’exporter une drogue contrôlée et sont actuellement interrogés par des agents de la NCA.

Des locaux industriels à Rayleigh, Essex, South Ockenden et Feltham, à l’ouest de Londres, ont également été fouillés. Les agents ont trouvé un générateur avec une cache à l’adresse de South Ockenden, des plantes de cannabis et un certain nombre de véhicules volés. Des bijoux de grande valeur ont également été trouvés à une autre adresse. Les enquêteurs soupçonnent que le groupe criminel s’était spécialisé dans la fabrication de caches dans des générateurs industriels spécialement modifiés pour créer un espace pour planquer des marchandises illicites.

Le commandant de la branche de la NCA, Lydia Bloomfield, a déclaré :  » Notre enquête a ciblé un réseau capable de fournir un service rare et hautement sophistiqué à d’autres groupes criminels organisés. Une expédition de cette quantité de cocaïne du Royaume-Uni vers l’Australie est inhabituelle, mais démontre l’ampleur mondiale du commerce des drogues de classe A – qui provoque violence et intimidation tout au long de sa chaîne d’approvisionnement. Cette opération a été planifiée et réalisée aux côtés de nos partenaires, dont Border Force et la police de la Nouvelle-Galles du Sud. Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec des partenaires du monde entier pour lutter contre les menaces du crime organisé. «

Le Sud de l’Espagne est devenu la destination préférée des familles marocaines de classe aisée et moyenne pour passer leurs vacances d’été.

Parmi ces privilégiés, on trouve des élus locaux et des responsables politiques qui séjournent dans les stations balnéaires espagnoles aux frais des barons de la drogue qui mettent à leur disposition des villas et des chalets ainsi que d’autres avantages, fait savoir Assabah.

Dans les villes côtières espagnoles comme Mijas, San Pedro Alcantara et autres sur la Costa del Sol , ces responsables politiques marocains fréquentent les casinos et autres lieux de divertissement où ils dépensent des dizaines de milliers d’euros, alors qu’une dotation touristique de 100 000 dirhams par personne est autorisée pour les voyages à l’étranger.

D’autres responsables des administrations centrales et régionales sont propriétaires de résidences secondaires en Espagne où ils passent souvent leurs vacances, précise la même source, rappelant que les Marocains sont très friands des biens immobiliers espagnols qu’ils acquièrent avec la complicité des barons de drogue espagnols.

Plusieurs retraités marocains passent également la plupart de leur temps dans le Sud de l’Espagne où ils vivent aux frais des barons de la drogue.

En retour, ils appuient les dossiers de ces derniers pour la réalisation de projets au Maroc.

PORTO RICO 🇵🇷 (prison de Las Cucharas) : saisie de 50 kilos de cocaïne dans un entrepôt de la prison

Mardi, les autorités pénitentiaires ont localisé quelque 50 kilos de cocaïne dans un entrepôt de la section à sécurité minimale de la prison de Las Cucharas, dans la ville de Ponce, au sud de Porto Rico.

La cocaïne se trouvait à l’intérieur de boîtes de produits de nettoyage, a expliqué la responsable du Département de correction et de réadaptation (DCR), Ana Escobar, dans un communiqué. Après la découverte de la cargaison, l’agence enquête sur l’entreprise qui a livré ladite marchandise comme s’il s’agissait de matériel de nettoyage.

Les preuves judiciaires sont une chose exigeante mais les preuves historiques et géopolitiques sont toutes aussi importantes.

Ce jour là, 10 minutes après l’explosion une dizaine de membre des services secrets (en poste à Rome) en costume cravate était déjà sur les lieux de l’attentat (témoignages de policiers…).

Puis, un policier a été photographié en train de subtiliser la sacoche du juge Borsellino dans la voiture en flamme… Évitant les bouts de cadavres, il a ensuite remis la sacoche dans la voiture ! (Ce sont SES déclarations au procès…). L’agenda rouge avec les notes confidentiels du juge a disparu… Le policier en question n’a pas été condamné…

Je passe sur les mobiles de cet attentat totalement irrationnel pour l’organisation mafieuse. En effet, quelques jours après le parlement devait mettre fin à des mesures antimafias provisoires. Avec l’attentat, les politiques ont voté l’article 41 bis du CPP « isolement strict » pour les chefs mafieux afin des les inciter à collaborer…

Bref, les complots ça existe !
