CONCORD, NH – DEA New England Special Agent in Charge Brian D. Boyle and Acting United States Attorney John J. Farley announced that Nadine Jacques, 46, of Pembroke, was sentenced to 129 months in federal prison for methamphetamine trafficking.
According to court documents and statements made in court, in February and March of 2020, a cooperating individual made four controlled purchases of methamphetamine from Jacques in Suncook, Concord, and Dover, New Hampshire.

Columbia, South Carolina – Acting United States Attorney M. Rhett DeHart announced today that his office has resolved claims that RPh Now, LLC d/b/a/ The Medicine Shoppe of Georgetown failed to abide by recordkeeping requirements of the Controlled Substances Act. RPh Now, LLC will pay $24,500 to resolve the claims and agrees to comply with heightened reporting requirements for a two-year period.

MIAMI – South Florida federal prosecutors have charged the leader of a notorious Mexican drug cartel and five others for their alleged roles in importing into the United States over 500 kilograms of Mexican methamphetamine. In the largest methamphetamine seizure in Miami-Dade County history, law enforcement agents seized the over 1,200 pounds of crystal meth before it ever hit the streets.

NEW YORK CITY – More than one hundred pounds of cocaine were recovered from a seventh-floor apartment in a two-building 17 story residential complex containing a gym, lap pool and roof deck, in Queens on Monday afternoon. Investigators and agents arrested two individuals, and recovered one loaded handgun, and more than $200,000, in addition to seizing the 50 kilograms of cocaine, as part of an ongoing drug investigation by members of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, New York City Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor’s, and New York State Police.

ST. LOUIS –U.S. District Judge Ronnie L. White sentenced Demetrius Burns-Jackson to 60 months in prison. The 24-year-old St. Louis resident pleaded guilty to drug trafficking.

FRESNO, Calif. — A two-count indictment was unsealed charging Nicholas Solis, 26, of Fresno, with possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute it and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, Acting U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert and Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in Charge Wade R. Shannon announced.
According to unsealed court documents, on January 6, Solis illegally possessed fentanyl pills with intent to sell them as well as a firearm.
